Cupping Therapy
Your massage therapist will use both hands and some 'cups' during this massage session. Depending on what is needed, the cups can either remain stationary, or be moved over muscles while maintaining suction. Cupping therapy uses negative pressure to help alleviate muscle tension, release fascia, break up adhesions and scar tissue, and increase blood flow and relaxation.

Ashiatsu Hybrid
Using a combination of both hands and feet, ashiatsu provides a heavy and deep massage while the therapist uses bars overhead for balance during this relaxing yet therapeutic session.

Integrative Bodywork
Integrative Bodywork is a type of structural based bodywork that involves an evaluation of the body's musculoskeletal system, identifying imbalances, and developing a plan to address them through bodywork techniques, exercises, and education, aiming to improve posture, mobility and overall well-being.
This service is performed by Jonathan Primack, LMT, who brings over 20 years of experience in the field of bodywork to every session. Please visit his website if you would like to learn more about him and this type of work.
