MASSAGE
-
While we do not offer same room couples massages, we are able to schedule you at the same time in different rooms. We also offer the Rejuvenate Together package- a shared experience designed for couples. Includes a customized massage, Essential Foot Treatment, and a take-home gift bag with massage essentials for continued relaxation at home.

During your massage, you will undress to your own comfort level. Some clients choose to wear underwear while others undress completely. There is no "right" choice—your comfort is always our priority.
Throughout your session, you will be professionally draped with a sheet and blanket at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. Our heated massage tables and calming treatment rooms are designed to help you feel warm, comfortable, and completely at ease.
If you are scheduled with Jonathan Primack for Structural Integration Bodywork, please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Structural Integration is performed fully clothed and involves movement and postural assessment throughout your session.
-
Every therapist brings their own unique style, specialties, and personality to the treatment room.
Whether you're looking for deep therapeutic work, relaxation, prenatal massage, injury recovery, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, or a calming spa experience, we'd love to help you find the right fit.
Visit our Meet Our Massage Therapists page to learn about each therapist's specialties, treatment style, and ideal client. If you're still unsure, our reception team is always happy to help match you with the therapist best suited to your goals.
-
Absolutely! We encourage you to communicate with your therapist throughout your session. Whether you prefer lighter or deeper pressure, please feel comfortable speaking up at any time. Open communication helps your therapist tailor the massage to your needs and ensures you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your treatment.
-
While we do not bill health insurance directly for most massage services, we can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is an itemized receipt with the appropriate billing codes that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and reimbursement depends on your individual plan and coverage.
Injured in a car accident? We also offer Auto Injury Recovery Massage with direct billing to eligible auto insurance policies, including Personal Injury Protection (PIP). When your treatment is covered and your claim is approved, you may be able to receive care with no out-of-pocket cost. A referral from your doctor or chiropractor is required to get started.
SKIN CARE
-
It depends on your skin and what you’d like to achieve! We offer a variety of customized facials, from relaxing, botanical-inspired treatments to targeted skin care for concerns such as acne, redness, dehydration, uneven skin tone, and signs of aging.
Our licensed estheticians, Sabine Wilson and Carol Smith, offer different treatments and specialties to help you meet your skin care goals. If you're unsure where to start, we recommend exploring our facial menu or contacting us for help choosing the best treatment for you.
-
Both can be relaxing, but they serve different purposes.
Spa Facial Massage is performed by our massage therapists and focuses on relaxation, facial and scalp massage, and soothing hot towels. These treatments are ideal if you're looking to unwind and enjoy some extra pampering.
Esthetic Facials are performed by our licensed estheticians and combine relaxation with customized skin care. Depending on the treatment, services may include skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, specialized masks, LED light therapy, and targeted treatments for concerns such as acne, rosacea-prone skin, uneven pigmentation, and signs of aging. Our estheticians also offer facial waxing and other specialized skin care services.
Not sure which to choose? If relaxation is your primary goal, try a Spa Facial Massage. If you want to focus on improving or maintaining your skin, book with one of our estheticians.
-
For general skin maintenance, a facial every 4–6 weeks is a good starting point, as this roughly follows the skin's natural renewal cycle. However, the ideal frequency depends on your skin type, concerns, and the treatment you receive.
If you're working toward a specific goal, such as managing breakouts or improving skin texture and tone, your esthetician may recommend a series of treatments scheduled closer together. Some advanced treatments require specific intervals between appointments.
Your esthetician can help you develop a personalized treatment plan and recommend at-home skin care to support your results between visits.
-
Yes! We offer facial waxing, including eyebrows, upper lip, and chin. Waxing can be booked as an individual service or added to many of our esthetic facials. We do not offer body waxing.
-
Yes! The right facial and skin care routine can help support skin affected by acne, congestion, redness, and rosacea. Our estheticians offer customized treatments designed around your skin's needs, including targeted facials, gentle exfoliation, specialized masks, and LED light therapy when appropriate.
Because acne and rosacea-prone skin can be sensitive, each treatment is tailored to your individual concerns and skin condition. Your esthetician can also recommend products and home care to help maintain your results.
While professional skin care can help manage symptoms and improve the appearance of your skin, it isn't a cure for these conditions. We recommend consulting a medical provider for persistent, severe, or worsening symptoms.

As a naturopathic doctor, she takes a comprehensive approach to health, often beginning with nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and other foundational aspects of wellness when appropriate. When medication or additional treatment is indicated, she can incorporate those options into your care plan.
Her goal is to help you find the right balance of treatments to support your overall health and well-being.
ENERGY WORK
-
Energy work is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports relaxation and the body's natural ability to heal.
During your session, your practitioner may use light touch or work just above the body to help encourage balance, reduce stress, and promote a deep sense of calm and well-being.
Every person's experience is unique. Some clients describe feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, or more centered after a session, while others simply enjoy taking quiet time to reconnect with themselves.
Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional support, or simply a peaceful wellness experience, energy work offers a gentle complement to traditional bodywork and holistic care.
