This Andean shamanic energy healing and mentoring session supports you in the direction your soul is seeking. I provide a sacred container for you to speak to what’s uncomfortable and curiously explore the beliefs and patterns that are preventing you from living a life of aliveness, clearing imbalances and old imprints and harmonizing your luminous energy body. You will learn to cultivate deep presence, become aware of different choices and possibilities and discover just how wildly supported you are. This deep inner work creates refreshing and perceivable shifts in your life, leading to profound lasting change and sparks the vast inner wisdom you already possess, empowering you to move forward with clarity and ease as the wisdom of your soul unfolds.

Illumination
Come sink into your BEING-ness! This nourishing session offers you space to breathe, cleanse and heal while you experience a powerful traditional Andean cleansing. In this session we’ll explore your luminous energy body and find what needs attention and healing. You will receive a reset to your nervous system and an illumination will be performed on the Nawis (chakras or energy centers) that are holding dense energy, cleansing and reweaving the old imprint and creating a clear, balanced and harmonized state of being.

This deeply relaxing session offers you space to breathe and unwind while you receive a slow, leisurely, deep reset to your nervous system and a gentle cleansing of your luminous energy field. Wonderfully beneficial for recovering from stress, anxiety, exhaustion, overwhelm, stuckness, illness, surgery or anytime you just need to reset.

Soul Retreat - Card Reading
Inspiration, Guidance, Resources and Soulful Moments for 2025. Are you seeking inspiration or looking for clarity on something in your life and want to connect with the wisdom of your soul? Then this soulful session is for you! Join me each month, quarterly or whenever you feel the call. You may share your intention or choose to remain open to whatever divine message is needed. I will pull cards for you, asking for the guidance and resources that are most beneficial for you right now. I'll share the cards along with an interpretation of the message and medicine that is here for you. You are welcome and encouraged to share your insights, to take notes and to take a picture of each card.

Andean Rites & Ceremonies
Sarah offers ceremonies and three traditional Andean Rites (Initiations) of the Munay Ki: Ayni Karpay Rite, Kawok (Seers) Rite and Bands of Power. These rites are energetic empowerments, transmissions and wisdom teachings that are a sacred gift from the Q'ero Paq'os in Peru. They are great allies that set you upon a wildly supported journey of self discovery and healing and are specifically offered to help us through this time of great upheaval.
