This quiet, soothing hands on (or hands off, if you prefer) Reiki session promotes deep relaxation and stimulates your body’s natural healing process. You may find yourself drifting off into a meditative state as the channeled, life force energy of Reiki flows through your luminous body. Soul Healing
Soul healing can help you release stuckness, heaviness, overwhelm, aloneness, limiting beliefs, stress, ancestral and karmic patterns and more. Each session supports you in the direction your soul is seeking and helps to facilitate deep energetic healing shifts that ripple and expand throughout your life.Together, we find and tend to the places within that are preventing you from living a life of aliveness, clearing old imprints and energetic imbalances and bringing harmony to your luminous energy body. You are deeply supported in your healing process and will discover along the way your guides and allies who are here assist you. Practices to integrate and deepen your healing are offered after each session. This powerful inner work opens your heart to self love, restores you to wholeness, reclaims your power, brings refreshed perspectives and possibilities, sparks the vast inner wisdom you carry and leads to lasting change.

Illumination and Reset
