Before Your Visit
At Rejuvenation, we are dedicated to providing guidance, support, and a peaceful environment that promotes healing and encourages self-care.
New clients: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out our intake form.
Creating a Safe & Respectful Environment
Rejuvenation is committed to providing a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Any inappropriate, abusive, or sexually suggestive behavior will result in immediate termination of services and may result in refusal of future appointments.
Appointments & Reservations
Services are available seven days a week.
Same-day appointments are sometimes available.
We recommend booking ahead whenever possible to secure your preferred appointment time. Same time appointments usually need to be scheduled 3 weeks+ ahead of time.
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
