General Info

We are dedicated to providing our clients with the guidance and support that are necessary to promote healing and encourage self care. Our peaceful and nurturing environment greatly assists us in that effort.

Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.  If it is your first time with us then you will need to fill out a short intake form first. This ensures your full treatment time.

We are happy to provide the gift of healing with a Gift Certificate from Rejuvenation.  Gift certificates can be used for anything we offer in our office, whether it is massage, acupuncture, wraps, scrubs, etc! They do not expire.  We are able take payment over the phone and even mail it out for you, or you can purchase it online.

If you are showing symptoms of a cold or flu, please kindly reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better.  We will waive any cancellation fee in this instance.

Policies

Reservations: Services are available 7 days a week. Any appointments for Sunday must be made in advance.  We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure that appointment times are available, we do sometimes have availability for same day appointments.  A credit card guarantee is required for reservation of all services.

Cancellations: All appointments are secured on your credit card. A 24 hour appointment change or cancellation notice is required on appointments. Failure to comply will result in a 50% charge of total services to the card on file.

Late arrivals: We regret that a late arrival will not receive an extension of scheduled service times, and will be responsible for the full service fee.

Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and can be used for any service or product. Appointments secured with a Gift Certificate are subject to the cancellation policy and will be redeemed for payment if the cancellation policy is not met. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Spa Packages are scheduled as listed. We will assist you in scheduling services specific to you.

Treatments are subject to availability.

There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.
